Nano-Membrane Composting Systems
Modular composting systems built around a semi-permeable nano-membrane cover, forced aeration and process control — turning manure, sludge and other organic waste into stable, usable compost.
Explore the series
Nano-membrane composting systems and the equipment around them — for livestock farms, municipalities and industry that need manure, sludge and residues handled as a resource, not a liability.
Every series answers a different step of the same question — how organic waste becomes compost, fertilizer, fuel or soil again. Each series holds multiple products and models.

Explore the seriesSelf-contained composting bins for farms and facilities that need a contained, repeatable fermentation process in a compact footprint — one bin per batch, added units as volume grows.
Explore the seriesThe machine set that turns fermented organic material into a saleable fertilizer product: compost turners, crushers, granulation lines for powder and granules, and automatic packing.
Explore the seriesEquipment that converts dry agricultural and forestry residues into densified biomass fuel — briquettes and pellets that are easier to store, transport and burn than loose residue.
Explore the seriesA microbial composting agent for organic materials — formulated to establish active fermentation quickly, support the high-temperature phase and help the pile reach a stable, mature compost.
Explore the seriesTell us the material, the daily volume and the output you need. The series and configuration follow from those three answers.
Browse solutions by waste typeThe nano-membrane cover keeps rain out and heat in while vapour escapes. Below the pile, controlled aeration feeds the biology. Heat, VOCs and odour compounds are managed at the surface — which is why the process stays contained even at processing-centre scale.
In process terms this is membrane-covered composting: a covered aerated static pile, enclosed and aerated under control — the configuration buyers and regulators in several markets group with in-vessel composting system designs. One process logic then runs from a single farm lane to a regional processing centre.

Six waste streams, six starting points. Each solution page starts with the conditions on your site — then shows the system that fits.

In Zhalantun, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, Jiesonglin built a regional processing centre that collects manure across the region, ferments it with NCS membrane equipment and deep-processes it into organic fertilizer. The model solved the manure problem for local farms and gave them room to grow.
It is the reference configuration behind our regional-centre projects — collection, fermentation and product finishing run as one operation.
Regional centres, farm systems and sludge lines start with the same three inputs: material, volume, output.
Start the conversationCovered aerated static pile composting is the regulated name for the membrane-covered process — what CASP means, where the definition comes from, and what developers should verify before specifying it.
