The challenge
Industrial organic residues are wet, variable and odorous, and they arrive whether the factory runs or not. A treatment process has to absorb that variability without becoming a second production problem.
The Jiesonglin system
Residues are conditioned, blended with dry bulking material and fermented under membrane cover with controlled aeration. The composting agent helps stabilise batches whose composition shifts between production runs.
