Organic Material Composting Agent

Microbial inoculant that starts fermentation fast and keeps it stable

Series data in preparation — configurations quoted per project

Overview

Composting is a biological process before it is a mechanical one. The composting agent seeds the pile with the functional microbial community the process depends on, which supports a faster temperature rise and a more consistent fermentation across batches.

Two formulations cover the main use cases: livestock manure and crop residues. Application rates and pairing with equipment are confirmed per material.

How it works

01

Material preparation and moisture adjustment

02

Agent application and blending

03

High-temperature fermentation phase

04

Maturity check and curing

Typical applications

  • Livestock and poultry manure composting
  • Straw and crop residue composting
  • Composting projects with slow or unstable starts
  • New sites establishing their process

Buyer guide — naming, scope and comparisons

A note on names, because buyers meet several. In garden retail, similar products are sold as compost starter or compost accelerator in small packs; exporters also list the category as bio-organic fertilizer inoculant. The B2B product in this series is a composting inoculant specified by feedstock and batch volume — dosed into tonnes of material, not sprinkled on a garden heap — and the formulation is matched to manure or crop residues rather than sold as one universal powder.

Questions buyers ask

Does the agent replace equipment

No. It supports the biology inside membrane systems, bins and windrows; aeration and recipe control still come from the process design.

How is the right formulation chosen

By feedstock. Manure and crop residues differ in carbon-to-nitrogen balance and fibre content, so each has its own formulation.

Scope a Composting Agent configuration

Series sizing starts from your feedstock and daily volume. Send both with your country and the team will reply with the configuration scope and quotation basis.
