NCS Nano-Membrane Composting System
The flagship membrane-covered composting system for continuous organic-waste treatment at farm, plant and regional-centre scale.
View productResource utilisation for cattle, pig, poultry and sheep manure — from on-farm treatment to regional collection and processing.
A configuration only makes sense once these are clear. If some are still open, that is normal — the inquiry conversation works through them in order.
Manure is produced every day, in volume, with high moisture and strong odour. Storage alone shifts the problem; untreated spreading creates complaints and compliance risk. The treatment system has to match the daily rhythm of the farm, not the other way round.
Membrane-covered fermentation takes the main load: manure is blended to recipe, fermented under the nano-membrane system or in composting bins at smaller scale, then finished through the fertilizer equipment line. The composting agent supports a reliable start, and separated solids can return to the farm as bedding material where the project design allows.

Search vocabulary splits by animal, so it is worth translating: poultry operations usually ask for a poultry manure composting machine or a chicken manure composting machine, while cattle and pig farms search by system. All of them scope to the same manure treatment system decision — membrane lanes at volume, bins at small scale, and the composting agent where piles start slowly. Send the animal type, head count and daily volume, and the configuration follows.
Send the material volume, moisture situation and your site conditions. The reply maps them to a system configuration and states what the quotation will cover.
