A configuration only makes sense once these are clear. If some are still open, that is normal — the inquiry conversation works through them in order.
Sludge leaves the treatment plant continuously and its disposal route is a standing cost and liability. Landfill and incineration routes are tightening, so operators need a stabilisation process with a defensible output.
Sludge is blended with bulking material to reach fermentation conditions, then treated in membrane-covered lanes with controlled aeration. The Jiesonglin reference configuration runs at 55 t/day; curing and screening complete the line before dispatch.

Operators usually describe this application as sewage sludge composting — in North American terms, biosolids composting — and evaluate it as a municipal sludge composting system: continuous intake, documented process control and a defensible compost output. The membrane format fits that evaluation because the active phase is covered and aerated on a programme, and each batch leaves a temperature record the operator can file.
Send the material volume, moisture situation and your site conditions. The reply maps them to a system configuration and states what the quotation will cover.
